So what is micro-learning exactly? It’s e-learning delivered in small doses that are simple, easy to digest, and pertain to a fairly narrow topic. Bite-sized learning can help deliver better training and enhance the performance of employees in an organization.
We are excited to offer you this experience to learn more about micro-learning from two seasoned professionals in the e-learning industry, Dawn Lewis and Devin Accuardi from Baird. Combined, Dawn and Devin have over 20 years in training and development. Their training team at Baird took an opportunity to assess and develop new learning strategies whereby they have found success in micro-learning and therefore have significantly increased learning engagement and retention!
