Process performance is the easy way to show business results. Translating learning activities into business impacts can be challenging. In this session, we’ll explore how to use a process lens to make visible performance improvements.
Join SEWI-ATD’s Performance Improvement PDN as we discuss process performance. We’ll share metrics to assess performance and discuss how learning initiatives can demonstrate impact.
About the Performance Improvement PDN
The SEWI-ATD Performance Improvement PDN is a collaborative group focused on practicing the skills of human performance improvement. We are talent development leaders, OD professionals, consultants, and other TD professionals who want to improve the performance towards our organization's goals.

Welcome to the reboot of the Instructional Design PDN!
This PDN will provide a sense of community for SEWI’s instructional designers while building ID skills and sharing resources. Join us to get to know the facilitators and other instructional designers, share your insights, and start the conversation about your work in the field.
In the spirit of ADDIE, part of the kickoff will involve a needs assessment to allow members to shape future offerings. We want to hear from you and base our programming on what will help you grow your ID practice!
Participants will be entered to win a copy of The eLearning Designer’s Handbook by Tim Slade.

Refocus your training session design and delivery on the learner. After all, you don’t succeed as the trainer if your learners aren’t learning. Put both your success and the learners’ at the forefront by rethinking the instructor-generated load you may impart on your audience. Practice identifying and overcoming assumptions about learners often held by trainers and leave with an action plan.
