The world of work is changing, and teams are more important than ever. As organizations need to innovate across departments and deliver changes more rapidly, the ability to quickly form, maintain, and lead teams will become a critical competitive edge.

In this interactive session, participants will learn the five essential practices that team members need to master. They will see tools that turn the "art" of team-building into a replicable skillset. Talent development leaders, designers, and facilitators will leave this session ready to grow their organization's teamwork competency, and individual team members and leaders will be able to elevate their team's work.

Scott Gostchock, Ed.D., is the President of Talent Development at Partner2Learn. He has served urban education as a teacher/administrator for over 20 years. Doors will open at 8:00am for registration, check-in, and networking. The main program will begin at 8:30am and will end at 10:00am. There will be time from 10:00-10:30am for additional conversations and networking.

This event supports several elements of the ATD Competency Model, including Training Delivery, Learning Technologies, and Evaluating Learning Impact.
