The world of work is changing, and teams are more important than ever. As organizations need to innovate across departments and deliver changes more rapidly, the ability to quickly form, maintain, and lead teams will become a critical competitive edge.
In this interactive session, participants will learn the five essential practices that team members need to master. They will see tools that turn the "art" of team-building into a replicable skillset. Talent development leaders, designers, and facilitators will leave this session ready to grow their organization's teamwork competency, and individual team members and leaders will be able to elevate their team's work.
