I had two Aha moments. Thanks to all for sharing!
1) Determine with the content experts what parts of course content are 'Fixed' versus 'Flexible'. For example, terms and definitions may be fixed across countries, but examples and scenarios may be adjusted to better illustrate a concept in different countries.
2) The importance of learning differs by culture. Some may hold learning in highest regard, while others may not consider it important. Consider those perspectives when working with content experts and with potential audiences.
