Professional Development Network (PDN)

The Leaders of Learning and Talent Development PDN will be meeting on November 6, 2015. The purpose of our PDN is to bring together managers and supervisors within our industry to discuss topics of interest, current industry trends, collaborate on best practices, and connect with other colleagues in similar roles. Our goal is to help members of this network improve professionally and bring greater value to the organizations they serve.

Managers and supervisors, we hope you will join us! You do not need to be a member of the chapter to participate in our PDN.

Topic: Keeping Skills Current to Meet the Needs of the Organizations We Serve

The discussion will focus on the following questions:

• What steps do you take to keep your skills fresh?
• How do you keep the skill sets within your team members current and on target as your organization evolves and business needs change? 
• How do you confirm you are consistently meeting the needs of your organization?
• What questions should you be asking your leadership to stay in the know?
• How do you stay current on L&D industry trends and trends within the industry your organization does business in?
