Colin J. Hahn, Ph.D., CPTD, SPHR is an experienced learning leader who specializes in improving performance through data-driven talent strategy. In his 15 years of talent development experience, he has led programs that have generated more than $2MM in annual impact and improved performance in over 95% of participants. He is the Director of Organizational Learning & Development at Centers for Independence, a healthcare and social service agency, where he leads L&D, talent management, and OD. He is a former President of the Southeastern Wisconsin ATD chapter and now serves as an ATD National Advisor for Chapters.

Molly Neils, SHRM-CP is the Learning & Development Manager at Modine Manufacturing Company. With nearly 10 years of experience in talent and leadership development, Molly is passionate about helping people build practical skills and grow into confident leaders.

She brings an energetic, hands-on approach to designing leadership programs and loves exploring new tools to make learning engaging and impactful for everyone. Molly has earned certifications from Association for Talent Development (ATD), SHRM, and Everything DiSC, to enhance her knowledge and skills in the field of HR talent development.
