Do you find it challenging to describe the value of your time and skills in ways that are meaningful to your clients?

Whether you are an internal or an external consultant—and isn’t that all of us?  This session is about how you can effectively communicate the value of your work graphically and in a story that will set you apart from your competition.

You will find out what others have done and discuss the implications on your own work, get a detailed description of what constitutes value so you can better define what you offer in ways that are detectable and different, and get practice transforming what you do into outcomes clients and your boss will see as meaningful.

After attending this session, you will be able to:

  • Describe the value of your services in ways that are definable, detectable, and different
  • Transform your services into outcomes
