About Our Presenters
Mike Enders is the Director of Content for Articulate, where he heads up the in-app content pipeline. He is an accomplished e-learning professional known for innovation and leadership. Mike is also an award-winning educator and online training guru who applies video game learning principles and cognitive learning theory to training development.
Julie Ariens is the Leadership Development Program Lead at Northwestern Mutual, where she has gained experience using Mindmarker. She has extensive team management and broad based HR experience. Julie specializes in leader development, brain-based coaching, and management consulting.
Aimee Raines is a Human Resources/Talent Development Professional with an emphasis in organizational development, succession planning, individual development, career planning, technical and professional skill training, and coaching. Aimee will speak about her experience using Mindmarker.
An expert in learning technology with experiences as CLO, talent management, strategy and leadership consulting roles, Aaron lives his passion for learning, collaboration and community building. He created the Data Interoperability Standards Consortium, building partnerships between government, military, business, higher education, and other trade groups, open-source efforts, and standards organizations to improve education and talent development internationally and across industries.
