We are excited to offer you this experience to learn more about micro-learning from two seasoned professionals in the e-learning industry, Dawn Lewis and Devin Accuardi from Baird. Combined, Dawn and Devin have over 20 years in training and development. Their training team at Baird took an opportunity to assess and develop new learning strategies whereby they have found success in micro-learning and therefore have significantly increased learning engagement and retention!

Dawn Lewis is an Assistant VP and Instructional Designer with Baird, and is active in training associates through successful micro-learning strategies. Dawn has spent time researching the psychology behind learning, and using her studies to influence learning decisions throughout the firm. Dawn is passionate about micro-learning and finding ways to innovate training for associates at Baird. Dawn has created over 200 micro-learning courses using Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. Dawn has been with Baird since 2002 and has her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Devin Accuardi is the Technology Education Specialist at Baird. Devin has a Neuropsychology Degree from Marquette University and a Master Degree from Texas A&M Commerce in Global e-learning and Organizational Development. Devin is passionate about learning and development when designing effective workplace training across generational professionals. Devin’s extensive background with content creation makes her an instructional designer focused on developing engaging e-learning with an emphasis on Baird’s growing need for micro-learning.
