The era of digital disruption is here, but not all organizations have figured out how to respond to the opportunity--or threat--that technology brings.

In this session, you'll learn how to benefit from the digital era through a panel discussion featuring some of the leading voices in the Southeastern Wisconsin talent development community. These leaders will share their insights, successes, and challenges in developing the workforce of the future. There will be also be a Q&A session so that you can hear from these leaders directly on your burning questions.

Whether you are manager of learning programs, a trainer wondering how these trends will affect your career, or an instructional designer that wants to learn from the experience of other organizations, you can't afford to miss this discussion!
