She has coached hundreds of leaders around the world in multiple organizations and industries. She is best known for her authentic, collaborative, and empowering style that sparks potential, optimizes individual strengths, and overcomes barriers with efficiency and fun. Her clients build more effective relationships and lead with higher self-awareness and confidence.
Cindy has a MSH Resources from Marquette University and is certified by the International Coach Federation, with multiple credentials in leadership assessment, learning design, organization development and talent management. She is an adjunct professor at the St. Norbert College Center for Exceptional Leadership. Cindy recently integrated her passion for horses into her work with an equine assisted coach certification and she continues bringing best practice learning and life-changing emotional intelligence to leaders around the world.
