Cast a Wider Net: Expand your talent pool by rethinking the potential of untapped talent

Hear from Advocate Aurora Health, Wenthe-Davidson Engineering Co., and others how they are working with partners to source diverse candidates who may not fit within traditional parameters, including the re-entry population and individuals with disabilities. Learn how rethinking eligibility for job roles in your organization can open up a broad pool of talent, without sacrificing performance expectations or retention.

Panel discussion will focus on the ways you can prepare your workplace and HR practices to support nontraditional employees and develop their skills in line with organizational goals.

Format:

• 30-minute Talent Talk on a specific theme or solution, including the latest research and an overview of best practices
• 30-minute panel, featuring employer-solution provider partnerships
• 30-minute Q&A and/or design thinking exercises to help participants think through new approaches
• 30-minute Office Hours with MMAC/M7 and other experts, plus open networking
