In this session, join SEWI-ATD board members Annette Caraulia and Matt Meuleners to learn how the talent development field is changing and to explore opportunities to upgrade your skills for the changing work of work. You'll walk away from this session with an understanding of the brand new ATD Capability Model and techniques to add a strategic dimension to your work as a trainer, instructional designer or learning leader. You'll also discover opportunities to further your career through lifelong learning and professional service.

Annette Caraulia has been the Director of Organizational Development and Learning at Milwaukee Center for Independence for the last four years. Her previous roles include OD leadership at Quad Graphics, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and Dealer Tire. She has a MSODA in Organizational Development  from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and earned her BA from Bowling Green State University. She currently serves as the VP of Professional Development for SEWI-ATD.

Matt Meuleners is the Executive Partner of FOCUS Training, where he has worked for 20 years. He is an experienced facilitator and coach with a deep expertise in leadership development. He earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently serves as the President for SEWI-ATD.
