L&D professionals are now expected to demonstrate their value and show the business impact of their work. Yet many learning leaders struggle to quantify the benefits of their efforts, or lack the skills to connect metrics to business outcomes.

The good news is that you can explain learning impact without a degree in statistics or burdensome data collection efforts. Last year, Jeffrey Berk shared with our chapter reasonable, reliable, and repeatable techniques to assess learning impact.

This one-day workshop is designed for you to take the next step on your learning impact journey. Whether you are just beginning to assess learning outcomes or are ready to connect learning data to program performance, this workshop is for you!

You will learn how to use an evidence-based measurement process to demonstrate value for your organization. Through this process, you'll discover how to collect impact ratings on evaluations, how to predict evidence of impact, how to gather business outcome metrics, and how to leverage your data to improve your learning programs.

This intense, one-day format is designed to give you practical, ready-to-use techniques that you can implement in order to jump-start your learning impact journey. To provide a personalized learning experience, this workshop is limited to 30 attendees.

This workshop will be led by Jeffrey Berk, Chief Operating Officer at Performitiv. Berk oversees the day-to-day processes of Performitiv leading finance, human resources, sales, marketing, client and vendor operations. Berk was previously COO of KnowledgeAdvisors, a talent supply chain analytics technology company and dScout, a mobile app technology company.

This workshop will cover several elements in the new ATD Capability model, including Evaluating Impact, Business Insight, Consulting & Business Partnering, and Data & Analytics.

To protect your safety, this event will be hosted in a virtual environment. Registrants will receive their login information the day prior to the event.
