In this session, Therese Heeg will share how you can build your own capability while also planning for strategic development across your organization. You will leave the session with real life tips and strategies as well as next steps as you continue to do the work you are called to do.

The session will also show how coaching overlaps with all three areas of the ATD Talent Capability Model.

Her most recent work includes driving culture change at Milwaukee County Government as they implement their vision for racial equity.
