Kurt Yerak, has been developing leaders, facilitating team effectiveness sessions and consulting on organization culture for companies of various sizes in a wide range of industries over the last twenty-five years.
Before opening his own practice in 2013, Kurt worked full time in a leadership capacity at three Fortune 500 companies: Director of Organization/Leadership Development, Cardinal Health/CareFusion (BD), Vice President of HR/Leadership Development/Culture, Key Bank and Director of HR, Guardian Insurance
Kurt holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in organization development from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
