Right now, American businesses are staring down the prospect of unprecedented change in many areas.  Is your organizations prepared for the future leadership challenges?  Are you building a pipeline of talented resilient professionals capable in leading your organization into uncharted territory?  Identifying, fostering and nurturing internal talent may be the key to filling your leadership pipeline.  

This session discusses the what, the who, and the how of developing a vibrant leadership pipeline.

  • Describe elements that make the program effective
  • Review leadership trends and essentials

Dr. Annette Cremo, is an education, training and human resource development consultant.  She develops, designs, and delivers programs to meet the diverse needs of organizations in the private and public sector. She has built a successful consulting firm specializing in organization and management development as well as executive coaching and have extensive experience with teaching leaders to become successful performance coaches.  Her focus is in developing the potential of the people and organizations she serves.

Registrants can enter the virtual meeting beginning at 8:15am CT for networking. The main program will begin at 8:30am and will end at 10:00am. There will be time from 10:00-10:30am for additional conversations and networking.

This event supports several elements of the ATD Competency Model, including those under Talent Strategy and Management
