They need confident, competent, and resilient leaders who can inspire and support their people through good times and bad, keeping them resilient, aligned, and centered on achieving their business objectives.

People who Lead ON PURPOSE cast a positive shadow that serves as a catalyst for change and an anchor for an organization’s core principals and direction.

During a discussion with the authors of Leadership ON PURPOSE, participants will learn about six leadership attributes that are important to possess for the sustainability and success of their organization.

  • Change Resiliency – your ability to maintain consistent personal integrity and a level of productivity through a variety of situations.

The authors

Michael Grubich, is President & Managing Partner at LAK Group. With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, Michael is a seasoned Human Resources executive. He provides strategic leadership regarding all talent solutions and initiatives which enhance the performance of organizations, individuals, teams, and leaders.

Shelley Smith, is the Managing Director Leadership Practice at LAK Group. In her role, she works as an executive coach, a physician leadership coach, as well as consultant to organizations for initiatives related to leadership development including coaching plans, practices, and skill development. Her coaching passion is in helping senior and executive leaders identify their purpose, determine how to achieve that purpose more completely, and to become more self-aware and self-manage better, resulting in recognizable change in behaviors, results, and personal and team engagement.
