Do the participants of your development programs describe their experiences as "life changing?" Too many companies struggle to create impactful workforce development because they focus too quickly on creating a solution, rather than clarifying the problem.

In this session, you'll learn tools to work through the critical decisions that set up your development programs for success, including:

  • Working with stakeholders to uncover the true business challenge
  • Determining whether training or other interventions are the appropriate solution
  • Evaluating when to use internal capabilities and when to tap external partners
  • Sustaining the outcomes post-implementation
