Leaders of Talent & Learning PDN: Talent Mobility

Facilitated by Megan Cardenas, 
Director of Human Resources at Sitzberger & Company and Laura Mayerle, Manager of Corporate Training at Natera and SEWI-ATD Members.

The purpose of our PDN is to bring together managers and supervisors within our industry to discuss topics of interest, current industry trends, collaborate on best practices, and connect with other colleagues in similar roles. Our goal is to help members of this network improve professionally and bring greater value to the organizations they serve.

Talent mobility is important as we continue to hear about the War on Talent and Great Resignation.  We will discuss how you support the mobility of your talent.

Managers and supervisors, we hope you will join us! You do not need to be a member of the chapter to participate in our PDN.
