Learning measurement is important to being able to demonstrate value and provide stewardship over the learning operation. Doing this in a practical and repeatable way is critical to timely and collaborative conversations with stakeholders. This webinar will reinforce the need to be roughly reasonable when telling a learning impact story that is built around L&D's contribution and connection to business and talent outcomes. It will also highlight  importance of using metrics to have critical conversations as an operation to strive for optimal learning design, delivery and value.

  • Provide helpful tips for using evaluations to demonstrate learning impact.
  • Discuss methods for using operational key metrics to demonstrate learning's contribution organizational success over time.
  • Communicate learning metric data for stakeholders, program managers and instructors/designers so they can interpret its value and use it to continuously improve.
