Brigitte has over 20 years of successful organizational and leadership development experience – both with direct reports and as an individual contributor. In her current role as Program Manager at Advocate Health, Brigitte is responsible for partnering with leaders and teams to provide the knowledge, tools and skills needed to foster and maintain a culture that reflects our mission of excellence, compassion and respect by leading with transparency, collaboration and innovation.
