Lynell works at Bank Five Nine as a Talent Development Director. She focuses on maintaining the strength of their learning culture by providing engaging development opportunities for employees. Since HR/Learning systems are continuously evolving, along with our workforce, she wanted to bring others together to talk about how we are managing through this to provide the best possible employee experience.
Kristin is an Executive Consultant and Coach with Stewart Leadership. She advises managers and leaders in a wide range of areas, including leadership, team building and coaching. Kristin has led several digital transformations across global organizations from a business process and system perspective. She has also led change initiatives to support adoption and sustainability.
