Leaders of Learning & Talent Development PDN: Reskilling & Upskilling

This PDN will discuss the importance of reskilling and upskilling employees for development and advancement opportunities.  This session will be co-facillitated by Laura Mayerle and Megan Cardenas.

We will discuss these questions:

·         How does your organization define reskilling and upskilling?

·         How does your organization identify upskill/reskill opportunities for staff?

·         Does your organization have an upskill/reskill strategy?

·         What are your upskill/reskill best practices?

Managers and supervisors, we hope you will join us! You do not need to be a member of the chapter to participate in our PDN.
