In today's volatile times, the ability to transform and adapt is crucial for organizational survival. However, data suggests that people are not equipped to handle change in the workplace. This program will give you a sneak peek of BetterUp's next Insights Report This report explores how to build a coaching culture for a more agile workforce, helping you retain employees, boost productivity, and improve your bottom line.

You will also be able to engage in meaningful conversation with other leaders from SEWI-ATD organizations about what they have been doing to implement coaching strategies in their organizations.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Use insights and case outcomes from progress organizations that have implemented coaching interventions as the cornerstone for driving organization-wide adoption of coaching culture.
  2. Evaluate the potential benefits of a coaching culture, including increased productivity, innovation, and employee well-being, and how they contribute to the bottom line.
  3. Develop practical strategies and tools for building a coaching culture in your organization, including how to overcome common barriers and resistance to change.
