Join us for the launch of SEWI-ATD's Performance Improvement PDN group! Learning professionals are increasingly expected to design solutions that truly solve organizational challenges. That's why the ATD Capability Model includes the organizational capability of Performance Improvement--and why it's critical for talent leaders to use these tools to drive results.
If you are a learning leader, OD professional, consultant, or instructional designer, the new Performance Improvement PDN is your opportunity to share ideas and explore the domain of human performance improvement, from diagnosing performance gaps to uncovering root causes to designing and delivering interventions to improve results.
To launch this PDN, we will collaboratively explore initial steps to move from a training order taker to a performance improvement partner. Come with your stories of misguided training requests, your favorite questions to uncover the true need behind the ask, and your thoughts on how you want to expand your service offerings beyond just training.

About the Performance Improvement PDN
The SEWI-ATD Performance Improvement PDN is a collaborative group focused on practicing the skills of human performance improvement. We are talent development leaders, OD professionals, consultants, and other TD professionals who want to improve the performance towards our organization's goals.
The Performance Improvement PDN is led by Colin J. Hahn, Ph.D. (Douglas Dynamics). Hahn has more than 15 years of experience in talent development. He has led programs that have generated over $2MM in annual impact and attained over 90% rates of behavioral change. He is a former President of the Southeastern Wisconsin ATD chapter and now serves as an ATD National Advisor for Chapters.
