Even prior to the pandemic, we were seeing a shift in how workplaces consider mental health. Since then, leading organizations are shifting to recognize that mental health matters, that our workplaces play a significant role in our mental health, and that collectively we can cultivate mentally healthy cultures by rethinking the way we work. Leaders not only have a duty of care to meet this moment, but have a unique ability to influence culture change with a measured and thoughtful approach. This unprecedented period of change must be embraced to help your organization and your employees thrive.
Carrie Grogan leads impact-focused advising for companies and leaders on how to create a culture of support for mental health in the workplace.
