She has over fifteen years of experience in learning and development at world-class organizations like Walt Disney, Microsoft, Subaru and Eli Lilly. Lora specializes in employee engagement workshops at JB Training Solutions and focused her Master’s thesis on effectively retaining high-performing early career professionals. She is a certified coach who is passionate about helping professionals reach their highest career aspirations. In addition to being a SHRM Annual Conference Top Rated Speaker, she is the VP of Community Relations for the Milwaukee ATD chapter: SEWI-ATD.
