You have created an amazing talent development strategy and received buy-in from executive leadership knowing that your work will equip employees with the capabilities needed to successfully achieve the business's strategic goals. Now comes the fun part... and the challenging part. How do you activate this strategy, prioritize the large amount of work, and engage  your team?

If you have a desire to develop and activate a talent development strategy that inspires your teams and captivates senior leadership in order to receive the continuous support you need to be successful, you will need to...

  • Engage diverse groups of stakeholders in the strategy evaluation process.
  • shift from cascading goals to aligning your team around a common purpose.
  • Identify "headlight" metrics that indicate success.
  • Prioritize your projects based on what will help you achieve your objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and try new tactics throughout the year.

In this workshop, we will discuss how to "action-ize" your talent development goals so you can realize meaningful progress without pushing your team into burnout. The practical strategies shared will apply to any type of strategy, with a specific focus on talent development strategies due to the nature of our group.

Solving complex problems and helping teams get "unstuck" is Kaitlin Henze’s superpower. In a world where rapid change is the norm, burnout is on the rise, and customers and employees have high expectations of organizations, we all need to rethink the way we build and evolve our organizational culture.  Kaitlin launched Passion To Profit Consulting to help teams continuously evolv

e their strategy through enhancing their culture, developing their leaders, and using practical tools to navigate organizational change. Kaitlin brings mindfulness and compassion practices into the workplace in an accessible way to build stronger relationships among diverse teams. Before our session, download the Strategy Development Toolkit to guide you in developing, implementing, and evolving your Talent Development strategy.
