Your SME just sent a PowerPoint deck with a request to build training. Now what? Your response to the ask is all about relationship building–both with the SME and with the learners in mind. In this session, you will get comfortable kicking off a project and conducting needs analyses. How do you move a training request from the ask to a productive build out? Bring examples of how you have worked with SMEs in the past (successes and struggles) to share.
The session will start at 8:30am, but we will be having a short networking time at 8:15am for anyone who gets on early.
