The rapid pace of technological and societal change is reshaping how organizations are approaching their talent development strategy. A variety of factors like the evolution of AI, a growing talent shortage, a shortage of qualified leaders, and changing expectations of customers and employees have resulted in what some are calling "The Great Transformation."
