This interactive session will equip you with practical strategies to reinforce learning and ensure long-term retention and application. Discover how to build strong relationships with learners, set clear expectations for post-training engagement, and define accountability for follow-up actions. 

Parking Instructions

Use the parking lot right outside the front door. The front door entrance will take people through the Retail Showroom, and the Event Center is located at the rear of the showroom. As you arrive to the Event Center, there is an automatic espresso bean-to-cup beverage brewer that guests can customize their own espresso or hot cocoa courtesy of Boelter. When people arrive, the store itself is technically not open yet. Should participants care to take a look around, they could do so after the ATD event.
