Hello everyone. I am a faculty member in the Lubar School of Business and a new ATD member.  I am interested in finding out more about the knowledge, skills and abilities that regional employers are looking for in recent college graduates.  I spend a lot of time working with current and future business leaders on emotional intelligence, teamwork skills, leadership capabilities and relationship management.  Are there other areas that I should be focusing on to ensure that business school graduates are well prepared to add value to regional employers?

I am also wondering if there would be any interest in learning about some innovative leadership and personal development tools, created by Points of You® (http://www.points-of-you.com)?

These kind of meetings always help to find out what are we missing and what we can do to better then before. I read this that how you have close look on how assignment help writers and how much it is important to know about the different trends in the market. This also fell in the category of talent only talented peoples know about the trends and know how we can achieve good goals.

Leading learning and development in a rapidly changing business environment.

    • We've heard that change is a constant now, the new normal.  It always was, it just wasn't happening as frighteningly fast as it seems to now.
    • Successful companies have to be highly agile, adjusting and adapting and even retooling themselves on a dime.
    • What are the implications for those of us charged with the learning and development that helps these companies' sustain a productive and engaged workforce?
    • How are we approaching talent development differently to enhance companies' ability to thrive in a constant state of change?
