Join us May 1st via Zoom from 12:00pm - 1:00pm for an informational session on how to get the most of your membership with SEWI-ATD.
Please register by April 29th to secure your spot!
Through this impactful session with Tim Dittloff, attendees will learn lessons on how to unlock team and individual performance through lessons and stories developed over years of sailing in regattas, ocean passages and doing life in corporate America.
Tim Dittloff takes the headache and heartache out of leading unproductive and disengaged team members through his Teams on Course coaching and workshop process. He provides the SEAsoning that leaders need just at the right time. Tim does this through an experiential learning process while teaching lessons learned through ocean passages, regattas, his work with former Navy SEALS, and life in boardrooms. He helps leaders understand what it is like to be on the other side of themselves, how to become true leaders worth following, and how to connect with their teams on deeper levels. Tim is a licensed Coast Guard Captain, a sailing instructor and certified trainer through Franklin Covey, LRN, and Maxwell Leadership. He is the founder and owner of Full Sail Leadership Academy and also serves the Wisconsin Maritime Museum on the Development team Tim’s book on the leadership lessons you will learn today (co-authored with Captain John Doolittle USN (SEAL) - retired) will be available soon.

Ready to build a talent strategy that delivers business results?
L&D teams are under pressure to show their business value. But sometimes we don’t have access to the right operational data or business leaders to implement an ideal measurement strategy.
SEWI-ATD’s Performance Improvement PDN has explored techniques to show results and evaluate programs. In this session, we’ll tap the wisdom of the group to workshop how to create a talent strategy that drives results.
Bring your top initiative to share, and we’ll leverage our collective skills to improve your strategy’s alignment and impact assessment!
About the Performance Improvement PDN
The SEWI-ATD Performance Improvement PDN is a collaborative group focused on practicing the skills of human performance improvement. We are talent development leaders, OD professionals, consultants, and other TD professionals who want to improve the performance towards our organization's goals.

In today’s rapidly evolving talent landscape, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent is a critical differentiator. With the onset of the "Silver Tsunami" of retirements and increased talent mobility, organizations must act with intention to identify high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership. A strong succession strategy—grounded in meaningful development experiences and supported by IDPs—ensures the successful transfer of institutional knowledge and organizational culture.
During this interactive session, participants will:
